These are fixed-scope fees with no hidden add-ons. Payment arrangements can be discussed based on the engagement duration and your cash flow preference.
What happens after the engagement ends?
All deliverables — reports, strategy documents, roadmaps — remain with you entirely. We also conduct a final debrief to ensure your team understands the recommendations clearly. For longer programmes like the Sustainability Integration track, quarterly reviews are built into the engagement itself. Beyond that, clients may continue working with us on follow-on projects as needs develop.
